RETURNS
Velvet Co. products are intimate adult toys and we do not accept any returns of product unless authorized in advance.  
Any product with manufacturer defect may be repaired or replaced within 1 year of purchase date.  We are not responsible for carrier failures to deliver, missing parcels, crushed, or open boxes unless you took the insurance. Otherwise, your claim is with the shipping carrier.

Any product with manufacturer defect may be repaired or replaced within 1 year of purchase date.   If you need to make a warranty claim for a defect, please send us an email at help@velvet-brands.com and send your item to: VHC, LLC 141 Flushing Ave.  Bldg. 77, Ste. 1224 Brooklyn, NY 11201.  A tracking number and insurance is recommended.  We are not responsible for lost packages.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within the first 360 days from date of purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@velvet-brands.com.

For warranty, you may be required to pay additional shipping cost.  Warranty repair and replacement is typically 7 days turn around.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Re-stocking fees for any item is $49 or 30% product cost, whichever is greater. 
When shipping to us please get a tracking number.
